Swasthya Plus Network
Swasthya Plus is a video-first health encyclopedia for India: evidence-based information, explained by practising clinicians and other health experts, in the languages people use. As of 2026 the catalogue has more than 14,000 long-form and short videos across 16 languages, a network of more than 2,200 health experts, 1.9 million subscribers, and more than 390 million lifetime video views.
It began in 2019 as an Odia-language health site in Bhubaneswar and moved to video in 2020. Content is organised around the topics people search for, referenced to authoritative sources, and published without product promotion. It is general health information, not individual medical advice.

IFI Foundation
IFI Foundation (Information For Impact) is a Section 8 nonprofit incorporated in Bhubaneswar in January 2023. It uses social and behaviour-change communication to address information gaps in public health, education, community programmes, and disaster communications, working with hospitals, universities, media, and civil-society partners.
IFI is an institutional member of the World Stroke Organization. Much of its health-literacy production is carried out with Swasthya Plus Network.

Stroke Action
IFI’s stroke-awareness programme, including the annual Stroke Mukt Jeevan campaign around World Stroke Day. The work focuses on recognition of stroke symptoms and the need for timely care, with clinicians, universities, media, and youth ambassadors. The 2025 campaign received a Highly Commended distinction at the World Stroke Campaign Awards, in the low- and middle-income country category.

A menstrual-health programme on stigma and missing information, delivered through multilingual campaigns, campus engagement, and institutional partnerships, including university events around Menstrual Hygiene Day.

Disaster Communications
IFI’s programme for information during crises: rapid-response messaging, coordination across relief organisations, and ground-level situational awareness. Documented work includes the Citizen Actions Response after the 2023 Bahanaga train accident in Odisha, alongside CYSD and media partners, and civil-society coordination bulletins during Cyclone Dana in October 2024.

As Asia Director I lead Sigma Squared Society’s work in Asia, supporting chapter executives, partners, and the community in India and the region.
Sigma Squared Society is an invite-only community of more than 1,100 young founders, with a presence in 35 countries. It connects members with other founders, investors, mentors, and events.

Giff is a Swiss foundation and fund, launched in 2026, that backs founders who have built extraordinary resilience navigating systems not designed for them — including disability, neurodivergence, and chronic conditions.
